RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept the exchange/return of your purchase of regularly priced items within 14 days of receipt. Your return will be in the form of a store credit or a gift card that will be emailed to you. All returned merchandise must have original tags. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Items purchased with a discount code, Jewelry, Swimwear, Sunglasses, Hair Accessories, Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates. Please include the packing slip and instructions for exchange. If you do not have your order number, email shopify@indigo-us.com. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.
To start your return, click here. Please allow us 3 business days to process your return. You will be issued an emailed gift card that can be used online or in store.
*NOTE: The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Please text our Indigo Online Phone (501-821-2807) within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
LOST PACKAGES: Indigo is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox and in new condition.
IN-STORE PICKUP We offer in store pick from our Little Rock store. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders will be ready to be picked up immediately. If you decide after selecting in store pickup that you would rather have your item shipped to you, there will be a $8 shipping fee. All in store pickups must be picked up within 14 days of your order being placed.
